The others, as he claimed, are two world records broken in archery, both by South Korean athletes. However, the news on this claim is scarce.
Then, Yang Kunpi from Taiwan won gold in the shooting men's trap and equalled the world record. He became the first athlete at the 2018 Asian Games to break or equal a world record in any event in any sport.

A swimming world record in women's 50-meter backstroke by Chinese swimmer Liu Xiang with 26.98 seconds. She is only the second swimmer in the last 60 years to set a world record in any swimming event at the Asian.

The fifth world record breaker is the Iranian Ironman Sohrab Moradi who smashes a 19-year-old record in the 94kg class of Weightlifting event. His world record probably lasts forever since the classifications for weightlifting will change after 2018 Asian Games is finished.
